In Science, K5 worked on a density tower, first layering liquids very carefully to see how the fluids stacked on top of each other due to different densities. We talked about density and how less dense fluids will float on more dense liquids. Then the kids had fun mixing them up to see what would happen! After lunch they were surprised to see that the liquids did settle into layers again. The kids did a great job. Have a look at the outcome.
